Bellagio is a small village at the tip of a long hilly
promontory between the two southern branches of Lake Como in the region of
Lombardy. Called the “Pearl of the Lake” Bellagio is a mix of attractive
(even on a wet day),
pastel-coloured buildings and narrow cobbled streets and lanes that climb their
way to the hilly centre.
